By accessing or using the services provided by Zentables LLC ("Zentables," "we," "us," or "our") at www.zen-tables.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Zentables provides software tools that allow businesses to convert Google Sheets, Excel, CSV, and other data files into interactive and searchable tables that can be embedded on websites and applications. Services may be offered on a subscription basis, as a one-time purchase, or both.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services. By using Zentables, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Zentables uses Stripe to process all payments securely. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for the services you select. All prices are listed in US Dollars. For subscription plans, you will be billed on a recurring basis until you cancel. For one-time purchases, you will be charged at the time of purchase.
Zentables evaluates refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase with a description of the issue. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion.

All content, software, logos, and materials provided by Zentables are the intellectual property of Zentables LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of any data you upload to our platform. By uploading data, you grant Zentables a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zentables LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Illinois.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this document. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
